Raytech Single Axis Table

Raytech Single Axis Table

The Raytech Measuring Systems single axis table is a very versatile gage that allows you to measure lengths, widths, X and Y axis hole locations, hole to hole distances, and with the proper options, squareness, perpendicularity of an edge, camber, and edge wave.
Diagonal Blocks

Diagonal Blocks

The diagonal gage blocks allow you to take a fast, easy, and accurate measurement of corner-to-corner variation on flat parts with square ends.
Squareness Gauge

Squareness Gauge

The squareness gauge allows you to take measurements of perpendicularity of two cut edges or, by setting both edges to zero with the indicator, you can measure camber on a shear.
Interchangeable probes

Interchangeable probes

The interchangeable probes allow you to measure inside large holes for diameter and location and then, by switching tips, measure small hole locations by placing the pointed probe in the hole and letting it find center.
Framing gauge

Framing gauge

The new framing length gauge is the perfect way to check the in side length dimension on parts that will be assembled into a frame structure, such as doors, windows, picture frames, etc.
Notch checking gauge

Checking notch positions

Checking notch positions

The new notch checking gauge allows you to check the depth and position of notches in sheet metal parts. To check the positions of notches, place the flat edge of the probe against the stop bar, press the zero button on the readout, then place the probe into each of the notches.
Setting the notch gauge to zero

Setting the notch gauge to zero

Checking the depth of a notch

Checking the depth of a notch

Checking the depths is as easy as placing the flat edge against the part, pressing the zero button on the readout, and placing the beveled edge into the notch.
Profile gauge

Profile gauge

The profile gauge allows you to measure edge lift or profile of cut sheet-metal parts. The Raytech Measuring Systems table is one of the very few ways to measure profile easily and repeatably.
